It's amazing what you can get for your money in Turkey - that's a lot of house for sub-£200k! I know the Dalyan area fairly well having stayed there on several occasions and I wish you luck with your sale Habsie. You might want to correct the spelling of 'Mediterranean' though 
It is possible for owners to advertise direct on Rightmove and I have recommended this to my neighbours in Casarabonela who are looking to market their place. You are unable to advertise on UK Rightmove unless via an agent or third party marketing site but for Rightmove International there is no issue.
