It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

Percent of what ?

Pageviews, enquiries, bookings, Pounds, people, profit.
Each of these is meaningful, but tell a different story.

Similarly, is this one property, many properties, same size, different sizes, UK, France, Barbados or Belgium, City, country, beach, lakes, mountains ?
Again expect differences from listing sites in each of these.

And whenever using percentages, its essential to declare the denominator. i.e. out of how many ?
e.g. 100% of my bookings last month came from HomeAway. I had one enquiry !

Statistics can be fun if you abuse it.
The odds of winning the lottery are 50/50. You either win or you do not.

Do you count website as they found you via your website or they booked via website?

I get a lot of direct bookings but I suspect that most if not all find me on a rental site first.
Our property website can be found by looking at our profile.
