I've not watched on the videos but I know the author very well as I've used 100s of his videos to learn new skills in the past. I rate him as one of the best online teachers I know but that does not mean the style is for everyone.

These are really good tutorials. It says they are for beginners but I'd say they are worth watching even if you already know a bit about SEO. Thanks Kev
