House on Rustic Land

If a house is built on rustic land can it get a Rural rental licence.

Why not? My finca is on rustic land and I have a vivienda rural licence.

Thank you for your reply. I thought you could get a rural licence if your property is built on rustic land. My lawyer emailed me saying no. We are going to see him in person this morning.

Do you mean that you thought you could not get a licence if your property was built on rural land? That would put an end to the rural holiday market in Spain if that were true! :D I hope your lawyer offers proper elaboration.

I seem to remember that there is something in the regulations about "traditional rural architecture". Is your house a modern-looking villa?
If not now, when?
