European legislation for site maintenance contracts

Post by Skinner »

Does anyone know of any law or legislation regarding site maintenance contracts which we are charged for on a yearly basis?

I have not heard of such a thing. Please Skinner, where and how did you hear of this?

That sounds like someone who's putting two and two together and making five. If you read the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal pages, the landlord can't charge for work that will cost you, an individual, more than £250 a year without consultation.

If you find it means something else, and has nothing to do with the above, do update the thread
