I agree about the lottery, Russell - when I've been trying to look at market rates, I've found it really frustrating that e.g. sleeps 4 is set as a minimum, and there are just loads of unsuitable properties that you have to wade through in a "low to high price" filter.

I've actually been in contact with TA/HL about the area categorisations in Edinburgh, which are extremely limited and a bit weird!
