hello..our floor steam cleaner (kraecher) just gave up ...am looking to replace and cannot find thread on steam cleaners ...I know it was discussed once upon a time...can anyone help? thanks

I have a K'Archer which works very well.
If you can keep your head when all around you are panicking.......you have probably not seen the whole picture.
