AirBnB new cancellation policy being trialled in Italy

If you are on AirBnB do check out the new cancellation policy - now in effect. It doesn't work for me, I had to take my properties off AirBnB.

Yes - I have seen the policy it is totally against the normal policy that I use with other rental sites. So far I am not using Airbnb for peak season July/Aug - only for the shoulder periods. I will monitor if this new cancellation policy leads to properties being treated like standby accommodation.
