Text scam?

Hope it's OK to put this here in 'scam email enquiries'. Just had 2 ungrammatical and poorly spelled texts from a Lynne Hughes. She wants to bring us 'more profit and higher paying clientele'.
Even if it's not a scam it is no way to conduct a business.
I have blocked her and can post her number but was unsure if this is ethical.
