B & B in London?

A friend here in France is looking for a "nice but inexpensive" B & B in London for about 5 days commencing April 5th. He plans to "do the sights" with his family.
He requires two or three rooms for him, his wife, their 7 year-old son and his 87 year old grandmother. Grand-mère has mobility problems and would need an accessible room (no stairs).
Somewhere to park nearby would be an advantage.
Any suggestions anybody?
