Bedlinen change

Post by josid »

Hi, as most of my guests are short stayers (1-3 days), and therefore am constantly changing sheets, duvet covers etc, I am curious to know how often other B&B owners do a complete bedlinen change for longer staying guests?

When they are dirty, because everyone hates sleeping in a bed that has been soiled; or when we schedule it, as we are the persons running the business. We do not have a hard and fast rule for this.
Never try to out-stubborn your guests.

Anything over a week, I leave fresh linen and towels in the airing cupboard.

We change once a week. But we also change as soon as we see any stains. We agree that guests like sleeping in clean beds!!

when we were with GdF the criteria was every 3-5 days. So midweek for a 7 nighter, stays of 3/4/5 nighters no change. If there is staining then yes I do change. Towels are normally every2-3 days. Pool towels they keep for the duration..
