I'm lookign for an advice, is there alternative similar to
owners booking portal as Rentalsystems.com?

The platform/website which owners can use for booking,
but with very low commission on own clients as Rentalsystems and a better terms & conditions regarding owner cancelation policy in case of double bookings.

Paying for the listings ads is ok.It needs to be online booking and the owner gets an owner website for his property to sent to there clients to book.The commision should be very low, 2 % max for the owner and for the client.

Not sure it's available yet, but Promote my Place are working on an online booking system to incorporate into their website. I think it is at beta testing stage.

You can look the channel manager beds24 that a booking widget and I will start to use hostaway (they start to offer the booking widget in a few days).
