Convinced this is a scam email that has a link to click on.

Dear <My Name>,
On behalf of the Ministry of Taxation, based on the uncompleted tax application for the fiscal period of 2015-2016.
We would like to kindly remind you that the deadline for your tax application was on February 26th, 2017.

The subject of the email is: Tax Application Problem - Case ID: 829JX02K

The name of the sender is JMT_FinancialGroup with an email address of Oscar.chacon%@%ibw.com.

The link points to a server with the Domain Name grdullo.com. This domain name is anonymously registered in the states and hosted on a server in ST. Petersburg, Florida.

Don't click on the link, just delete the email.

Here in the US tax issues are not handled by email so that would be a big red flag right there. And any emails with links from unknown email addresses are not opened.

And grossly ignorant too. There is no such office as the "Ministry of Taxation". Forwarded it to: phishing@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk and delete it.
