I have tried to plough through the thread that is most informative on the subject of stipe/wave but can't find an answer, would be grateful if you could tell me...
The scenario is that we are resident in France but 99% of guests use sterling . So am I allowed to apply for stripe/ wave and have the monies sent to my UK bank rather than my local French bank?

In short, yes.
If you have a UK account & your customer base is predominantly UK based, link that account to Wave.

You can use two different emails and link one account to the French bank and one to the UK bank. Or you could when i did it.
