Need help re rate for a 2 month stay...

Has anyone got an idea as to what price I should ask for regarding a 2 month rental (apartment 2 bed) for July & August. I would charge for electricity separately but I am unsure what the monthly rate should be as most rentals up to now were for 1 week or 2
Appreciate any advice...

Cannot advise you on what to charge, however do you realise the legal and possible tax minefields you could be getting into?
There are many questions you should be asking your gestoria before you consider this let.

I had a 6 week peak summer villa booking a while ago. Priced it competitively and looked fwd to it as had nothing to do. Absolute nightmare, family were awful, disrespectful, complained about everything. I was stuck with them for 6 weeks. Never again, 2 week max.

See that you have changed edited your post after our response. What did you change?
BTW it is illegal to resell electricity if you on mains power.
