Lay My Hat

Hi All,
We list on Air BnB and have had a couple of bookings but noticed that other local properties seemed to be much busier via this route. We playing with the search settings we noticed that our property doesn't appear on the search map unless you request 4+ guests. Other local properties are still on the map even if no guest number or just a single guest are applied to the filter.

We get a lot of 2 guest bookings via other routes and now realise that we are invisible to them on ABNB! We have been searching through the settings but can't see anything obvious that we can change. Any suggestions on what we need to do are very welcome.

I don't know if this helps, Ian, but when we listed on Mediavacances, the helpful lady in their admin dept phoned us to say it would be better to change our 'sleeps 22' to 'sleeps 12-22' for that exact reason. Sure enough, our enquiries went up, mostly from groups of 16-18 people. Are you able to do this on the ABB settings?
