Lay My Hat

I may have to visit London for one week in August. Am looking for a small apartment for two in the Battersea Park area or nearby.
Happy to either rent or swap with my ex-holiday rental in Taormina. (I have posted a request in the house swap section of LMH).
Anything going?!

My place would have probably suited you, but I only have a few days left in Aug, 23rd-27th. It's a house, but only about a 20 minute walk from BP and I'm cheaper than most small apartments. If that's any help, let me know.

Thank you, it sounds ideal. It would be for a week however and I can't fix dates yet until my son knows when he can take his annual holiday. (Like all things Italian that will be later rather than sooner!)

If you have trouble finding a flat, have a look at the new Premier Inn, on Lavender Hill. I got my cousins a good rate there for a July stay, as it's newly opened, so the prices haven't gone crazy yet. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to BP.
