Arrival Pack

Post by Kgreen »

Hello!

I have almost finished refurbishing our holiday cottage - I am so excited about it all. I am hoping for the website to go live next week, once the photographs have been taken.

My booking system will automatically send customers an arrival information PDF when they book and it will, of course, be set up in a folder in the cottage for when they arrive with the additions of appliance instructions etc ... I just wondered whether anyone has an arrival / welcome document on PDF I could have a look at? I've seen few threads regarding this, but the links seems to have expired so I cannot see!

Thanks so much!!

We have a pre-stay pack which includes map, directions and list of 'things you won't need to pack'. Then there is a house book which is all the info that they need when they're there and a local map that we put in a welcome card with the nearest shops, footpaths, playgrounds, etc. I'll PM you.
