Duvets - microfibre or hollowfibre

Duvets - microfibre or hollowfibre

Post by newtimber »

Does anyone use microfibre or tencel duvets and can anyone tell the difference between them and hollowfibre once the duvet cover is on?

No difference whatsoever if I'm honest. I did pay extra for trademarked goods when I was in the UK, but that was probably snob value more than anything else. Now I have feather & down (don't have to worry about guest allergies any more :D ) but I can say that the John Lewis hollowfibre duvets were excellent and quite possibly stuffed with a branded fibre like Tencel anyway.
