OTA = Online Travel Agency, which means those sites that sell the booking and take the payment for you.

Good morning everyone
we have a potential booking for six nights, the problem being that our calendar / rates are set to a minimum of seven nights. I have tried all ways to change this help !

Do you mean that you don't want to take a 6 night booking? In which case I would quote them the 7 night price (if OD will let you do that).

Or is it that you want to accept the 6 nights but the OD system won't accept it?
