Sadly the day job and life have caught up with me and i'm finding it challenging to run two holiday homes and our buy to let down in Bristol (first world problem, i know!).
Not an easy decision, but we will be putting One Spring Lake (http://www.onespring.co.uk/) on the market in a few weeks after the end of the summer season. Whilst on the market it'll be converted to longer term lets.
We'll be listing with a local agent in a few weeks but I thought i'd post here prior to listing more formally.
