Not too happy today to get an email entitled: 'New booking, guest paid in full!'
We're not signed up for BC to take payments - for several reasons (the main being that they charge an extra 2% for this service) we choose to collect payments ourselves.
However, BC changed our settings without informing us!
So, just a warning to others, if you're on BC, it might be worth checking that your settings haven't been quietly changed for you
