Forgot to say that you'll also need spare mattress and pillow protectors on hand for changeovers and they take up quite a bit of storage space, especially if you use the quilted ones (we do).
A TV that can be re-set easily would be handy or one that has a 'hotel' mode which enables you to set a PIN number to prevent guests changing the settings.
