Invoice template

Does anyone have an example of a template for invoicing French guests?
Nobody has asked for one before so I am not sure exactly what has to go n it.
Thanks.

I think invoice is in French facture.
One of my guests needed one this year. Some enterprises seem to contribute for a holiday if the employee proves the stay.
I had to mention the usual stuff: name, address, SIRET, dates of the stay and the mention "payé par chèque" plus my signature. At first I just wrote "payé" and because it was by mail with no signature. That was not accepted by the enterprise.

Believe that you also need to split out the element that is taxe de sejour - assuming that your region applies it.

There are lots of standard formats available on the internet . Just trying googling "facture pour chambres d'hotes" or similar.

I have one, although it is a few years old.
It's a basic contrat de location saissonniere. Your guests are right to ask for one, as only a French contract is valid in court, should anything go that wrong.

You'll need to check re updated legal requirements.

I can't PM it to you - if you want to PM me an email address, I'll send it on. :)
