Just received the following. Same pattern..no particular dates ('will be for the month or April'..but actually '10 days')... generalized email aimed more at (apart)hotel or B&B than holiday home ('rooms or an apartment')...and always signed off
by a 'reverend':

Hello

Can we book a reservation for 6 adults for 10 days. They are members of our Christian Ministry in United States. Their travelling will be for the month of April 2018. Approximately 2 rooms or an apartment will be fine for them.

Please what is the price for the above request and kindly advice the available date you have.

I will appreciate your reply at earliest.

Praise be! It’s almost a reincarnation of the Newly Ordained Greek Priests. How I miss the Newly Ordained Greek Priests!
They weren’t too fussy about sleeping arrangements either...
