Booking.com has been working out OK for us, we have a strict cancellation policy but have had to wait up to 6 weeks for payment as they take the payments for us.

I opened up Feb to BdotC on Sunday and I've had two short breaks booked already. Anything I get for Feb is always a bonus.

I'd use them more but I don't like paying commission!!
