Opinions?
It seems to work like Airbnb (commission based rentals)
..or maybe Booking.
Not sure about policy/ conditions.

I can't see from a first glance that it offers any benefits compared to airbnb.

I saw commisions on question 39 of their FAQ. host service fee of 4-5%, guest service fee 5-10%.

Seems pretty vague, but you could be paying 15% in total. For what?

This looks like an exact replica of where airbnb were when they started.
