Policy Expert Email Scam

Had an email wich is essentially an reciept for a payment i am supposed to have made by card for an insurance policy with "Policy Expert".
I'm offered links to click on to get my policy documents.
The email address that sent the email is purchase.upd@popupglamour.com and the destination of the clickable links point to a license-whatsapp.com address.
Don't reply, don't click on links.
