Or is HA net work not giving any large discounts any more for this reason: http://www.vrmintel.com/homeaway-raises ... -software/

increase of the subscription by 25% and
new terms and conditions where 10 percent fee for direct bookings made that HomeAway can attribute back to similar searches on their websites in a process being referred to as “match-back.”

I have seen only 5% and 10% discounts. Even to my old accounts they do not sent any renewal discounts any-more.

Is everybody seeing the same?
then we need to prepare for the the new rules fast.

'Match back' only applies to property managers with software integrated into the HomeAway platform.

The last time I renewed I paid a total of £178..

Hoping a generous discount code comes up before June!

Where did you see the 5% and 10% discount codes One Step Ahead. Could you possibly tell us what the 10% one was?

I found some more:
HAUKAFF40
SS20
VRBOXSOFFER
BBNQ7S

for .uk : ACJ20U 20% off but only for new listings, for renewals they seem to not give any more.

Homeaway is marking themself out of the market:

With a subscription around 349€
they charge the owner now 3% payment charge
and the client between 5% and 12% service fee

But on Airbnb:
I pay no subscription at all
Also pay 3% payment charge
And clients also pays between 5 and 12% service fee.

Seems to be the same, so why eventually pay 349€ subscription to Homeaway.

For the free listing, Homeaway wants an extra 5% on top of the rest.
in total it runs to 13% min or 20% max.

where will this be in the future? Half of our revenue to Homeaway and the rest to the government in taxes?
