Just found my old post from 18 months ago and what we decided was...... to move the bathroom! Builder pointed out that if we changed what was then the bathroom into a second sitting room we could put in French windows and have much better garden access. So that’s what we did.
We moved the bathroom into the a spare room - so it’s much bigger and also means it’s closer to the bedrooms and guests won’t have to trek through half the house to get there. Room for a walk in shower cubicle and freestanding modern bath.

Just gone live with Classic Cottages and are awaiting our first booking!
