Hi Paolo! I found your website from your posting on the Yahoo Group Vacation Rentals (For Owners & Renters). That Group has been a huge source of education (good and bad) for me as a new owner. However, your forum is soooo much easier to navigate and I can actually FIND the topic that I want to research and/or discuss. Thank you for providing this free forum in such a user friendly set-up.

Bonus for me is learning more about the European way of doing business. I look forward to learning more and contributing in the future.
