Lay My Hat

I got called by someone from this organisation offering to run a trial Facebook campaign over eight weeks for £100 +VAT. I haven';'t heard of them and wondered whether this is some kind of scam. Anyone had any experience?

As a layman, I don't understand what cloud-marketing is, nor how it differs from any other kind of marketing. I know that Expedia's CEO has been going on a lot about it lately. Can anyone enlighten me, please?
