Lay My Hat

Having fallen in love with this stunning cottage in the West Midlands right on the edge of Cotswolds AONB, it has proven too much for me to care for it long distance (from London). I have put it in auction and hoping to sell for the best price possible. Any suggestions on what features should be mentioned in the auction listing?

It's easy to see why you fell in love with it...Does it have a bathroom (not mentioned)? Upstairs or down?

@zingara Thanks for that! Great point! Indeed it has a full bath upstairs and a WC on the ground floor!
