Furious with guests for the first time.

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

Well, if they post a bad review about me not accepting a dog in the garden, they will do so on my website, because that is how they booked. And since the website states clearly that we do not accept dogs, anyone reading the review, unless a dog fanatic, would think that I was within my rights to ban the dog. Also, I do not have to publish the review, and if I did, I can post a reply to it.

We link up the no dogs bit to the fact that we have a cat. But I’m now going to update that to cat and chickens - a neighbours dog badly attacked two chickens this winter and we had to nurse two chickens who had to live in our hall. No way am I going through that again. NO DOGS.

Good point, my neighbours have chickens and I would hate something to happen to them.
