OD automated emails for payment

I just received an email from an OD enquiry. She was confused we hadn’t actually agreed a booking.

I had a look back over the conversation and she had actually enquired last year (May) for dates for this July/ August, but no booking came if it. Now it appears OD have sent an automated email to request her first payment!

In my experience OD are inclined to make basic mistakes like that. I put it down to insufficient staff training due to a rapid staff turnover, but I am just guessing. For example misspelling of a guest's email address (in the days when that was published).
