Static caravans, are they worth it?

Am looking to buy a property with a static caravan in the grounds, and room for a second (subject to planning permission), in North Wales.
Trying to figure out likely income via occupancy rates and prices, and what maintenance costs will be.
Anyone advise on their experience?
