Rapid Accommodation - Corporate/business accommodation site

Hi,
I wondered whether anyone had had experience of Rapid Accommodation.
They are a company who find accommodation for corporate/business clients.
All the info on their website speaks to their customer, there is no info for an accommodation provider should they contact you and you only find out about their own T&C once you have confirmed that you can accommodate their client.(which incidentally override any that you have yourself!)
They also appear to have a lack of communication skills, in that once they have the booking, you don't hear from them unless you chase!
