White Goods

What is the best way to buy white goods in Scotland?

We need a large fridge, maybe three large fridges! Also a washer, a dryer, a cooker, and a microwave. The washer and dryer must be quiet models, so not the cheapest of the cheap.

They're coming out at between £220 and £250 each, which hurts when it's totted up.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I'm in the Highlands - got all my white goods online through Currys, who did free delivery despite a KW postcode, and had a load of discount codes on their website which saved me a fair bit.

I stuck them on a credit card and then did a 0% balance transfer to a different card so I could spread the cost out a bit.

Discount codes. That's a good idea.

We're a KW postcode too, though we've a bunch of stuff in storage in Edinburgh and could have it delivered there and move the lot in a wunner.

Thank you.

Any other thoughts or advice very welcome.
