It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

One wonders why you would want to list in this portal. It must have the worse name for renting out unregistered proprieties out of all of them.
Never try to out-stubborn your guests.

We would no longer have a business without them.I didn't want to do it but was forced to.

There are of course, but (sadly) more and more people turn to them first. The very name has become synonymous with our industry (ie "we're renting an Airbnb over the summer") in the same way ubers have to taxis and hoovers had to vacuum cleaners.

Whilst true that they are the first port of call for many, we are witnessing a similar push back against them from the local & seasonal work communities. There are simply not enough properties available for longer term rentals. Studio or apartment accommodation that once used to cater solely for the working sector & were always full are almost non existent as they chase the easy money. Wages have stood still for years whilst taxes & rents have risen dramatically - simple supply & demand economics. However, as usual, it is the low paid, long hours workforce that keep the wheels of tourism turning that are hardest hit by the boom in unregulated or control free rentals. To earn a few euros per hour some are travelling miles without transport or oversharing any rooms, apartments etc that they can find & a local FB community page is posted almost entirely with frantic searches for somewhere to stay
Of course this is not ABB's 'fault' as such but they are bearing the brunt of the growing resentment here. When that rumble becomes a roar the authorities may start to listen & act as they have elsewhere.
This time next year Rodney, we'll be millionaires.

And look at the quality of Hoovers these days. In fact I have not seen one in a while!
UBER and there is another quality name of the so called sharing community.
