Ouvrier and TDS

Post by Tournesol »

Hi all,
First time we've had an ouvrier (workman) stay on business for a couple of nights, do we charge TDS?
Not worried about the actual cost but want to get the facture right!
Thanks.

Why should his/her occupation affect the payment of TDS ?
What would Plato do ?

I just found it in the info from the Commaunite de Communes; some workers are exempt (I knew I'd seen it somewhere!), but only if working within or employed by the commune.
Thanks anyway.

We never charge tds for ouvriers... though I think in some cases we're supposed to. They're not here to enjoy the flowers or the free shuttle bus and are usually on a strict budget so I don't see why they should pay.

We have some workers due so checked with our OdeT. They are exempt only if they are seasonal workers! Or so our OdeT says (by email and also in the rules).

We will be charging them - they are only here for a few days so it is not significant. Does seem a tad unfair though!
