Is anyone using a WP booking calendar that they would recommend ?
Lots to choose from and not sure which way to go.
Many thanks

Hi,
I use a really simple one (there's a clue in it's name) WP Simple Booking Calendar. They have a very basic free one but it costs £29 if you want to display more than 1 month. It's easy to use and let's you display changeover days etc. It will synch with other listings. When I had a question they were quick to answer.
I'm sure there's lots of others just as good though. I was following a "build your own vacation rental website" course and it was the one it used at the time.
PIMS has a free one too
http://www.pimscalendar.com. It does all of the above I think but I had a minor issue displaying it on my site.
If you want a calendar which allows people to book from by selecting dates, getting prices, online payment then there are many different booking systems which you embed into your website (e.g. Supercontrol, freetobook). A plugin that does all this, looks versatile for setting rates, and I've read good things about, is called HotelWP
https://hotelwp.com/hbook/ I haven't tried it but it is the one I would look into further if I decide I want these features.
Hope this helps,
Susan

Hi
Thanks for responding, I like the functions available on hbook and it looks like it can be made to suite/fit in with your web site.
I worked hard on my site and want to make sure it doesn't look like an 'add on'
I was hoping someone may be using one on their site I could see 'in action'.
Lots of them do many functions but seeing is believing.
Many thanks
Erik
