I have taken some monies via paypal and need to give part of it back (the secuirty deposit) as I read somewhere on here that you can do this without charge (as long as its within 30 days) I haven't tried it yet as the guests have not vacated but wonder if its ok to give a partial refund on the amount that was given?

Meishka,

Yes, I give partial refunds all the time. You can just enter the total amount you want refunded and click "recalculate," and it will tell you how much of the fee is going into the refund, and how much of it is your money. :) Then submit as usual!

You actually have 60 days to make the refund.
