I have taken a booking on ABB for 1256GBP and the service fee for ABB is listed as 47GBP.

I thought the service fee for ABB was between 5-15% depending on the cost of the booking.

Mine seems to be less than even 5%, is that normal??

The guest pays the service fee. The owner pays 3% card processing charge + VAT. Not sure why your charge is more...

Thanks Newtimber. Looks like I have an extra 1% added to the normal 3%.

This is (presumably) because I have a strict cancelation policy. I never knew about that.
