I phoned URSAAF today and they say that cotisation from gite earnings is 22% of the revenue. Prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales. My friend says her accountant says it should be 12 % Please can anyone tell me where I can find some indication in writing what I should be paying?

I don't know for sure, but I *think* that that's to do with the regime you're on... it could be the difference between Regime Simple and Regime Reel rates. Do you have an account that you can ask? If not, perhaps go back to URSAAF with your regime details and they might be able to give you a more precise answer.
