Lay My Hat

Well they've arrived.

First complaint no lawn (there last time we looked), cold, no tree. Not managed so onto owner but they've had a recent bereavement and were 100 miles away.

Second complaint remote not working.

Waiting to hear from the hypo allergenic guest.

Four more arrivals tomorrow.

Christmas humbug types?

The joys. Mine got here 3 hours before the earliest check-in time, but were lovely and emailed to see if it was possible to get in and said they'd go and walk the dogs on the beach if not. I was mostly ready, so let them come.

and more...when was the boiler last serviced there's no certificate...

Please don't tell us we've missed that we should leave a copy for guests.

That's nothing... ours arrived 5 hours before earliest check in time though to be fair, they were lovely, too. However they were surprised that they couldn't leave a day later... um sorry to disappoint but you're not our only guests this year...
