Had a call today from 02081230768 giving above company name and told them to send me an email, which they did. The entire first paragraph was one sentence, mis-spellings, odd capital letters, odd phrasing of sentences.
Not impressed, and asking if anyone else on here has any experience with this lot, or heard of them. They claim in the blurb to be from Italy, set up in 2012.

Is it the mafia?

I always go straight to the 'Terms and Conditions'. From their site:

Application of Law

This site is administered by us. We make no representation that the materials listed at this site are appropriate or available for use outside India and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export or re-export the materials at this site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including without limitation Indian laws and regulations. If you choose to access this site from outside India, you do it on your initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. These terms will be governed in accordance with the Indian laws and the matters will be only the subjects and jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

These sites are set up, populated with fictitious properties or properties harvested from elsewhere unbeknown to the owners, and then the cold calling starts. The people running these operations promise the earth, charge the earth and then when you don't get any bookings (just alot of strange enquiries during the last week of your subscription), they refuse to refund your money, even though they guaranteed that you would get bookings. And then they disappear and the website goes offline. A few weeks later, it starts again with another site.

Good that you didn't sign up to them. You would have wasted your money.
