I am thinking to register with Coolstays.com but I couldn't find anywhere on their page where they state their fees. Do they charge an annual fee and how much please?

We list with CoolStays. They charge annual listing fees in the order of £200, £300, or £400 (I don't remember exactly) depending on the degree of exposure which you choose. As you appreciate, they are selective about which properties appear on their site. I think they will advise you of prices only if and when they think your property is acceptable. The first step is to register with them and tell them about your property.
I have to say in passing that of all the sites on which we have ever listed, both now and in the past, they are the most "on the ball".
