Oh so empathise with you both KathyG and Mouse, you do reach that point when you have had enough!
Finally we have both reached the decision that early next year is the time our property looks at its best and it will go on the market. As to how long it takes to sell and how much we will lose on what we paid a premium for 13 years ago is another matter. But it has all become very hard work and not quite so enjoyable with this current market.. As to know what to do with forward bookings it is a dilemma.
