Some of my bookings come direct through HomeAway, but to avoid their fees (both ways) I try and direct some enquiries through our own site. Of course I can fill in the guest details, including email address, but a recent 'book direct' guest said they hadn't received the email to review, which I asked them to look out for. So I called them.... and I have now been told (today) that reviews will only be available to those that have booked online through HomeAway.... which really narrows down my opportunities for a good review.
