France-Voyage.com and Gites.co.uk

Post by ronsat »

Just received an ad from France-Voyage.com wanting me to list on their site for 35euros per year. Has anyone had experience with them? They say that there are no commissions. Sounds attractive given the ridiculously high commissions charged by TA/HL and HA/VRBO.

We also list on Gites.co.uk - which is eventually supposed to charge 100 GBP per year. We had two inquiries through them, but nothing materialized. Anyone had success with them

We advertise on France Voyage and have had a few bookings which have more than covered the low fee. Worth trying.

+1 concerning France Voyage, and they publish in different languages. We have had several bookings from Germans.

+2. A steady source of enquiries and bookings, well worth the small fee.
